Employment
Matron / Patron (2) to maintain and manage the orphan house on a daily bases. Take care of the kids and monitor their well-being and behavior. Provide counseling services etc.
Doctor (1) Examine patients, review their medical history, diagnose illnesses or injuries, administer treatment and counsel patients and their well-being. Providing subscriptions for medication and stay in contact with hospitals in Dar es Salaam when needed. The doctor will also assist in delivery of new borns when needed including maternity care.
Nurse (2) Assessing, observing and taking care of patients. Recording details and symptoms of patients. Preparing patients for exams and treatment. Handing out and administer subscript medication.
Admin and Human resource employee (1) This employee will lead and direct all routine functions of the admin and human resource department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering payment, benefits and leave and enforcing the organization policies and practices.
Cashier (1) This person maintain records of income and expenditure and all sort of payments needed on a daily bases..
Cleaners (2) Conducting cleanness of both buildings including small maintenance issues of the building.
Guards (2) To ensure that the children and employees are safe and secure all day round. No one, unless officially invited and confirmed, will have access to the property. In case of high numbers of visitors of the medical unit.
The guard will manage the waiting area.
Cooker + assistants to the kitchen (1+3) The cooker takes care of the food supply for both children and staff.
The assistants do take care of serving the meals and the stock of raw food.
Driver (1) This person is responsible for all kind of transport needed including the on time delivery of food and other things needed for a smooth operation of the operation.

To run an operation like this we are also looking for volunteers that are willing to help us.
This can be for the short term (max 90 days based of Visa requirements for foreign people) as well as well as long term for Tanzanian or East African citizens.
